This is an album I am NOT spinning right now! It was lost with all the others 15 years ago, and it is not available on Qobuz. I read the obituary for Raymond Leppard this morning; he and the English Chamber Orchestra were a significant element in my introduction to baroque music 50 years ago. This album cover was used as an illustration in the obituary, and really jogged my memory. Unfortunately I don’t think it was that great; I certainly never played it to death. Please excuse this bit of nostalgia.

Bobby Hutcherson (with Joey Defrancesco and David Sanborn) “Enjoy the View” Blue Note cd

I’d enjoy this one more if there were a different drummer; Billy Hart just doesn’t do it for me here.

Qobuz. CD. An attempt to play a Leppard album which was on Qobuz (few are). Disappointing. The sound quality was poor, although Rameau’'s music itself is excellent.

Grant Green “Am I Blue?” Blue Note Japan LP Facsimile cd.

Followed by
Miles Davis “Bitches Brew” Sony Japan SACD (the very first one issued). This is my favorite version of the “remix” and the most “crankable” one I have of the remix.

There should be a facility on the board to flag a ‘double-like’
