What regular sale events does PS Audio run throughout the year?
Sometimes there have been discounts on some products during HiFi shows. Also, when new products launch the products they are replacing get heavily discounted. Also, there are refurb sales occasionally. Trade-ins are available for most products.
My guess is the PMG line will not see a discount for a while - especially with the $3000 trade-in value offered for some of the legacy PS Audio products.
I do not think there are predictable times of the year for sales. Other’s may have a different answer.
My eyes are on the F12 Subwoofers. No trade ins are accepted, so I’m hoping for a sale of some type during the next few months.
Me too! However, I remember Chris saying that they priced them low without potential trade in to try to keep the price as competitive as they could. My REL sub kicked the bucket and I’ve been limping along without a sub for 12 weeks. The SQ is just not as engaging. I’m really tempted to get an F12 with the wireless transmitter, but money is tight. Nevertheless, fingers crossed for an enticing sale!
I have three RELs in my rig. T/7X and two T/9X SE. All functional. I’ll wait a bit and hope something develops. Need to save a little $$ in the meantime.
Stellar components recently went on sale. I remember some other sale in the last two (?) years. There was a stipulation that the discounts could not be combined with trade-in offers.
