I was just looking at some of the product pages and I am no longer seeing a Trade-in option. Is PS Audio no longer taking trade-ins?
This has long been a strong incentive for me to purchase new PS Audio equipment. I would rather see a lower trade-in allowance than none at all.
What product pages are you looking at? Our trade in program is alive and well, though it is not being offered on the new Foundry subwoofer.
My mistake. I just re-checked and I had not scrolled down far enough on the FR-20 and PMG Preamp pages to see the Trade Up and Save option. Feel free to remove this thread.
Trade in is not available outside of US, sorry to learn that!
