A decent, cheap cable is made by Fisual. AVOnline are currently knocking them out for less than a tenner for all lengths. Worth a punt.
I use the Audioquest Carbon from PC to the Stellar GDAC, but mine needed to be 2 meters. Very pleased with this cable.
