Which Zappa disc are you currently spinning?

Very cool that you were at that now-legendary Rotterdam show! I saw the 1980 tour on Halloween night at the Palladium in NYC (my first FZ concert). The Grateful Dead were performing in NYC that evening, as well, at Radio City Music Hall. At the end of the Palladium show, Frank quipped that “the Dead will be on stage for another six hours.”

I saw FZ live on 10/29/1981 and 11/01/1981 at the Palladium in NYC, where I was living at the time, but I did not find out about this 11/17/1981 show at the Ritz in NYC until shortly beforehand, and after it was sold out (it was a late addition to the tour). I listened live on the radio and taped it on my cassette deck. An amazing show that I have enjoyed over the past the forty(!) years, having digitized my cassette copy years ago. And now it is is streaming on Qobuz in quite nice fidelity.
