re the $375 price tag, MSB confirmed today but noted that the Sentinel is a product for ‘patrons’, not ‘regular’ customers….who will benefit from lesser-but-great DACs via trickle down tech from Sentinel. this trickle down occurred for MSB’s Cascade DAC
this approach is reminiscent of makers of other ultra products, eg Magico, Wilson, etc; very few can afford their top platform
That’s a lot of Samolians.
The sales tax alone, in many places, would buy several PMG components.
For this kind of cash outlay, I assume an MSB staff member will deliver, set up and tweak?
