Heh, heh, heh . . .
Ted. Are you saying you can bring the magic 55 more times? At my age I will be pushing up daisies by then.
How about in 2 or 3?
Ted Smith saidTed, I'm assuming it's a safe guess neither of these upcoming releases will be in place for RMAF. If so it means the "hard" release of Yale will be at the show. I think in a previous message you said your input has already been provided for the Yale cleanup (is that right?), so I imagine Paul, Arnie, Dennis, Alex et al are pouring over this like ants at a picnic! The sound quality items I plan to work on for the next two releases are:
55 14,000 feet plus peaks in Colorado. At least one soft and one hard per peak. That equals 110.
Lots of maneuvering room.

I just operate under the "No news is good news" rule.
When will, the official Yale be released and will,it use the same name or Yale final ?
vhiner1 said @TarnishedEars,Your ears are just fine. We have 1.2.1 to enjoy in the interim. Having lived through many, many firmwares that left me cold, it appears to me that the path keeps leading us to something better.
I remember when the folks at PSAudio thought I was a bit wacky for suggesting that a firmware change involving a display screen changed my unit’s SQ. I have the old email. I’m glad to support a company that has learned to listen to loonies like us.
It’s because we too are loonies.

And proud of it.
Huh? An end to further development on the DS? I am not sure how that rumor got started, it’s simply not true. We’re just getting rolling on DS. If I said something that implied otherwise, I apologize. Maybe I was drunk?

More likley me but I did read it a few months back in some way. It might of been my persistence in more firmware to roll.
Sorry I never meant to create confusion here .

Paul thanks.
Beta group can we agree on a rename of yale to beta Yale or Yale beta
fof future reference ?
At worst the beta Yale has an FPGA version number of 89 and the released one will probably be 91. Similarly the other version number will be incremented.
Thanks TED ill log it with the others

I’m sorry but I don’t get this reference. Did us Americans do something to piss you off here??
Hi Ted,
calm down pls.
Since you announced that THE final version of Yale is due by the end of this week, all of the sudden nobody posted anything any more.
So everybody in the US is sitting there waiting for the Messiah - namde Yale Final - to come down on earth.
Maybe just a bad joke from a German.
Cheers
Kai
Wie sagt Man “context” auf Deutch?

EDIT: Das Missverständnis ist ja lustig.
First off, no calming needed, just thought I missed something…second, wrong Ted. I announced nothing.
[Another Ted]
@Kai What? You don’t think I have enough opinions to integrate yet?
