Just finished Rick Atkinson’s first volume (of three) on the American revolution, and am now into Bordewich’s book on Grant’s efforts to tamp down the KKK.
Trevor Lewis self-published this book and he apparently didn’t hire an editor. The book is a good read, but an editor certainly could have made it better.
