Though my house has a whole house surge suppressor the let thru voltage is 600v provided by the local electric utility co,
I think my P5 has spike - surge suppression.
So Paul please if so what is the let thru (clamping ) voltage and the level joule protection rating provided by my P5.
Would an additional surge spike suppressor ahead of P5 be recommended?
Thank you for chiming in.

I think the P5 provides excellent surge and spike protection. You don’t need anything in addition.

Paul, your reply is very much appreciated. It is comforting to know the P5 has
this very good degree of protection for my gear.
Certainly your answer will be of encouragement for many.
