Bluetooth connection issue - Sprout100

Hi all-

I’m having trouble connecting my Sprout100 to my iPhone. When I try to connect, the phone recognizes Sprout, but then fails and says “a connection could not be found.” I’ve had the amp for years now and never experienced problems before. Any suggestions would be helpful thank you.

Have you restarted the iPhone, solves a lot of bluetooth issues.

Also try delete the Bluetooth connection and start over.
Sometimes just switching into airplane mode for a few seconds and back will fix those issues too.

The airplane switch did the trick…. Thanks for the tip!

Glad it worked. I think the airplane mode kills all of the external inputs (bluetooth, cell, network) and then starts the search for connections over when you switch the airplane mode back off.
