Guys, for PW read MW for MultiWave.
The P20 does have multiple MW settings, including the option of bypassing MW.

So, as a feedback, my P20 improved a lot with all your help! I let it break in playing continuously for approx 3 months, and with the following configuration: Output Voltage 115V, MW 4, Phase tune 0, Low Distortion Mode, and Muilti Wafeform. Itās now fantastic!! Thanks for all your help!!
