Cannot change input name

Hi Guys, a really silly question, but since I installed Yale, I cannot seem to restore the names of my inputs to their default names. For example, Coaxial Input was changed to “Coaxial Input-0” by mistake. Now I can go to to edit screen but whatever I change the name to, when I click “SUBMIT” it just goes back to “Coaxial Input-0”.

Is there a way I can reset all this back to default?

This is fixed in the next release candidate of Yale.
