Based on the companies lineage and the parts quality it should be an excellent speaker. Initial reviews and measurement confirm that. Seems to be well worth a try if a bookshelf speaker is what you are looking for.
My living room space is only 11’-8" x 14’-5". My system now has KEF LS50 Metas.
That might be a little tight with the side firing passive radiators if you want to space them much more than 7ft. center to center. Also angling them in slightly might help. Others I would consider would be the Aspen FR-5, the Reynaud Bliss Jubilee and the models from Clarity’s sister company, Dali. The Reynaud has the advantage of the front firing transmission line port for increased bass response and easier placement from the rear wall. There was a very recent review on HiFi+. Also at 82db the Clarity’s are going to need power.
My Benchmark AHB2 bridged-mode amps will handle them. I have some 4" thick acoustical mineral wool insulation to fashion something to take care of too close to wall problem if that occurs. I don’t think there will be a problem with too close to rear wall: my LS50 Metas are only about 10" from rear wall now and sound just fine.
