No honeymoon per se, we travel with regularity, London last January, a road trip to Santa Rosa for the National Heirloom seed expo in Sept…
We did go to a nice hotel for our wedding night and promptly fell asleep. Neither of us are young and bedtime comes relatively early despite the occasion
We married in our back yard, I’ll post a couple pics when I’ve got them as we’re both very proud of the job we did to make it a special space - and we’ll have many more neighborhood parties in the future
We made 4 playlists one for pre-ceremony of all acoustic guitar rock classics, Jerry Garcia/Dave Grisman Amazing Grace from The Pizza Tapes to walk out, a dinner playlist and party playlist. We got many compliments from all ages that a track or 3 rang true, fun had by all
For the ceremony, it was only immediate family - 40 strong from all over the US and UK. Friends joined after dinner to help us celebrate
It was a beautiful day and ceremony and fun party and best of all, we’re with family
