Customer Service

Just to add my own experience with PS Audio customer service. I had a remote die, posted on forum and emailed company. Got prompt response to both queries and a new remote was sent to me no questions asked, (Thanks @jamesh got it today) even sent a new set of batteries. Every contact from purchasing 3 PS Audio products to this remote thing has been met with excellent service and communication. While I am sure this COVID nonsense has made it difficult my personal experience has been uniformly positive.

Thanks aiki, glad it got to you safely! We are always striving to get better and more efficient, but COVID has thrown a rather large wrench into things. Really means a lot to hear some positive feedback!

Not to beat a dead horse, But I have contacted PSA many times for advise and assistance on my products (all my issues were user error…) and I’ve never waited more than a day for a response, including a few directly with Paul. I know many people have many experiences, but I’ve always seen CS as a major appeal to PSA.
