The coax input on my Dircetstream DAC stopped working today. Does not have any other cables such as optical to check the optical input. Hooked up a second transport and got the same result.
My first new in box Direct Stream the optical did not work. But the coax did. The replacement worked ok and still does.

Please reach out to our customer service team on Monday and we’ll get you fixed up. Could be a problem with the connector itself.
I already contacted with service department ( twice) through Email and made two calls. So far, Chris Harden replied to me on December 30th saying that he will pass the information again to Service Department. I understand that is Christmas time, but at least to reply and give a RMA number would be nice.
