One thing for sure, some members here are awesome. I had one member offer his brand new MKII that he has not even received yet to do the R&D needed for the design of the Transformers we are working on. Amazing. 
Wow, you must have done something right. I ordered by phone on 1/11 and got my pre-authorized charge and RMA for the trade on the same day, but haven’t heard anything yet. I know stuff can get jumbled, but that was the day Scott’s email went out. No doubt the floodgates were opened on orders over the next two days.
I did end up ordering by phone (because the first credit card I tried to use was full after the holidays!), and sort of asked them to check if my order was right (& not doubled 
). Also, I am a repeat customer!
I wonder if the color matters for the ETA?
Didn’t consider that possibility; I always take my equipment in silver, which I might guess is the more popular finish. I do have some purchase history with PSA as well. Probably more than I care to admit to myself.
EDIT: Just called in and still getting the "within the next 2 weeks” projection. Clearly some aberrations in time-space going on here.
I really struggled with color choice as well. Much of the gear in my rack is black, but not all. I have the BKH300’s in black, but they sit behind the speakers. I think the silver looks a little nicer in the DS - even though it may not match my other gear. I had the MKI in silver, and ordered MK that way as well.
It is all a matter of personal taste most of my equipment is black my BHK Preamp is silver. I think the mk2 looks better in black.
Similar tastes here. BHK 300’s, PST, MKII and P15 all black, BHK Preamp silver. I like the contrast & agree the silver preamp looks good. At first I wasn’t so sure, the silver PS Audio products almost glow to my eyes. I even called PS Audio & they said they could re-do the shell of the silver to black, they’d just have to change the serial number since they indicate color, which makes sense. In the end, kept the silver pre.

Ordered on 01/11. With my current setup and MK1, with the material I listen to, I struggle to imagine if the MK2 is better, how can it be better and in what way since my brain simply lack the information to imagine that improvement. Guess I’ll find out soon!
Congrats! I ordered mine 6 days after you and I’m looking at delivery maybe a month from now. I guess I wound up waiting for the next batch of chips.

I ordered mine on 1/11, and got delivery an hour ago (Brklyn). I have it set up, but just warming up.
Since much of the MK2 dac is on all the time, does the power need to be full on to burn in a fuse, or would the fuse be fermenting with just the rear power switch on?
Congrats! I ordered mine via the PS Audio website online form on 1/11/2023 as well. However, @jamesh informed me yesterday that mine should be delivered by the end of the month. Did you call in your order? Just trying to understand the delivery differences. Thanks!

Probably luck of the draw. I’m assuming like most businesses, they have batches of components coming in. It looks like the email about the trade in ending was around 1/13 so there was possibly a bump in orders after that so I wouldn’t be surprised if those after 1/13 will be pushed back more than those who ordered before.
