DS DAC Mk1 Bridge2 Update?

Have a DS DAC Mark 1 with a bridge. Software of the bridge has been 3.6.86 for years since PS Audio stopped updating the bridge remotely and required sending it for updating. Just the last couple of days I get a firmware update notice in mconnect control for the bridge from 3.06.86 to version 4.04.68. No ideas what’s new or whether I should risk updating.

Any news or thoughts???

Given the age of the Bridge, I suggest confirming with PSA tech-support (or directly with Convers Digital) that this update is compatible. It may very well be, but some caution is warranted.
