In cleaning out my garage, I recently uncovered my two Duets. The first one failed to power its outlets about three years ago and its twin failed a year later. In both cases, the logo light is in steady state, but no power is available from any outlets. None of my other surge supressors have encountered this problem, so I wonder if there is a problem with the electronics downstream of the reset/breaker. If the cartridges are no longer available, should these Duets be recycled curbside?
Contact PS Audio support, they may well have MOV cartridges, they did for me the last time one failed on me (and I think that is the fault you may be experiencing).
