That is identical to the remote that came with my DirectStream MkI DAC and which I am still using.
I have two of these and use them with my Mk I and Mk II DSD DACs. The cool thing about them is they also control the power plants.
I honestly think that the ebay seller misplaced a decimal and meant originally to price it at 12.99.
I have four or five of the newer silver remotes unused. . . .
I just bought one for $999! Anyone who pays more than that is a sucker!

This is the DAC / PRE remote that has a hidden upgrade button - hit it just right and when you wake up the next morning abrcadabra your MKII is the PMG 512!

If you mean the Genesis Digital Lens I used it between the Theta Basic transport and the Gen Va dac. It made a very nice positive difference. I still have the Lens but donāt want to separate out the remote for obvious reasons. Sorry I couldnāt help.
