My room is very similar to yours. Currently running 3.7i with BHK 250. I also have the REL S/3 sub.

If this is the 3.7 - then I guarantee the 20s will yank your crank. 
I know you are going to hear the 30 in the traveling road show. I have heard that they have been having trouble with optimal setup because of limited time and trying to tune them for a wider audience. but you will definitely get a feel for what planar bass is about.
Hey techhifi (used to love that store btw) - what did you have before the 250? What did the 250 do for your 3.7 sound?
Bryston 4B SST2 - I struggle putting sound into words but more organic, lush, warm, voices are just so real…
Oh. I know that amp - the bryston. Any low end diff?
Can’t really say, with the REL in the system it would be hard to hear.
I also have Bryston power amp. the 4B cubed. used to have the 4BSST2. tons of bottom end on these babies. would be interesting to compare with BHK250.

Spendor D9 or Paradigm Persona 3Fs or 5Fs. Bill Leebens appears to have enjoyed both at a recent show in FL. There are many glowing reviews of all 3 speakers if more info is needed.
I found the Persona to sound a bit like the Focal Sopra, IMO. Bright

The ones behind the speakers are from kits by Skylined Diffusers on Etsy. The ones on the TV, which also have on the walls at the reflection points, are foam Vicoustic panels. They made a pretty significant improvement.
My room is 18’x24’x9.5’ over a two car garage.
Oh cool, close to my room size. the cubic foot is close since you have 1.5 ft more height. What do you have the RE set too? crossover hz? Slope? Gain?
I have a JL Audio F113v2 pair, but if I go Maggie’s I wondering if I would be better with the F212v2 pair? Anyone have any thoughts? Would the F212v2 be faster and better at the higher mid bass range?
