My P10 S/N is Serial #P10-C-6F135686
I see that you have it registered properly. Is there a green globe at the top and is it pulling an IP address?
Yes. There is a green globe on the main screen and the IP address is showing as 192.168.1.25
Whoa… This is not good… Powerplay is rebooting the P10… Still can’t figure out how to see graphs/charts and the PowerPlay site just directs me to a P3000 power conditioner?
The wattage graph now appears correct.
What is considered a high operating temperature for the Power Plants? @jamesh
High op temp? Gosh, I don’t have a good simple answer for that. Really depends on which PP you’re running. I’d consider around 50 - 55C to be “high.” But operating temp depends on multiple variables.
I had my GlobalNet working before, but now it says I haven’t registered any PS Audio items?
Do I have to re-register those?
How about any non-valid Warranty running from the new register-date?
I still have nothing plotting on the graphs for my PW PP3.
Ok, did a reset and now its working as it should!
You might try logging in and then logging out. Both of my Power Plants were registered and are working with the program correctly. One P5 and one P12. The P5 was purchased in 2012 and is long out of warranty. There is a caution on the registration page which says if you remove the item from being registered, power play will be disconnected.
Tried it, but no sigar.
Make sure you have the serial number, not the model number in your registration. It is the bottom number on the label on the back on my P15. I apologize in advance if you already knit this, but my PowerPlay did not work initially because I had the wrong number in my registration.

Thx.
What I meant was that logging out/in did not change anything.
I will try to register once again. I was just surprised that since PowerPlay worked last time my P10 had to be registered…(?)
PS Audio even logged on to my P10 and did some troubleshooting before abandoning the web service.
It was ages ago when we had the chance to follow our power quality through powerplay, but as I can remember the charts refreshment rate was almost “real time”. Now, as I can see data is recorded only once per hour, which is a bit disappointing. Any chance that it will be improved in the future?
Thanx

The other thing which may could be reconsidered is the currently fixed time periods (weeks) for the graphs. For the past it is a good way to recall data quickly, but in case of actual data, we will start with an “empty” page always after the current period ends, like today. For current data a dynamic period handling (such as last 7 days) would give more value to PP users.
Thanks for these helpful hints. I think it’s good to remember these are simple machines that will work if everything is done properly on your end. If you’re having trouble getting PowerPlay to work here’s a partial list of things to try:
- Connection to the internet through ethernet
- Unit not being properly registered (login the website www.psaudio.com go to My Products and make sure the Power Plant appears)
You can also reach out to us via phone or email to get some help.
I was able to get my P10 up and running last evening. Thank you for this service.
As I recall, the old PowerPlay was in real time and with greater resolution. One could see the effects of turning on another piece of equipment. We could also see how incoming THD went down during the evening and see where it was the lowest.
None of this matters for the functioning of a PowerPlant, but is fun.
One thing I had to do here was turn off the AiProtection (firewall) on my new Asus RT-ax88U router. It was causing issues with Roon on my Pink Faun and Power Play on the P12. I had just turned the firewall on one day last week ant it took a day or two to figure out what went wrong.
