Globalnet and PowerPlay down for some time

It is collecting data right now which will be accessible soon. You should leave it plugged in if you want to see what’s been going on in a few days.

Got it.

Isn’t supposed to be always like this in the future, just for initial collection, right?

Collection is on going, so the communication between it and our servers will be continuous unless you shut it down.

Yup, that I know.
But is it normal this kind of traffic?
It’s like a constant flow of heavy info…

Let’s wait for the new front end to check it out.

It´s on!

@jamesh
Everything looks good, and everything is correct (info wise).
I just have doubts on the Wattage graph, since it doesn’t correlate with the P15 usual load.
Can you elaborate a little more on the wattage measurement?

Thanks

How much difference are we talkin’?

The actual load on the P15 is about 10% (87-91W).
And this is the shown graph:

THD, Voltage and Temperature graphs are accurate.

Is the wattage graph reading the total consumption (the wattage P15 pulls of the wall)?

So on idle, I have just the DSD and network switch on (with a load of 1% and 20W), the total P15 consumption is 200W?
And, when with the normal load of 10% (87-91W) the total consumption of the P15 is aprox. 850W?
That’s what I read from the graphs.

No, it will only be reporting the wattage draw from the P15. Not its overall consumption. The P15 is WAY more efficient than that.

I can’t explain this discrepancy. It’s still very early, so I want to wait a little and see what other folks experience.

That’s what I hoped.

How is your own P15?

My P15 is not recognized by PowerPlay. It is on and I can access it from my computer. What am I missing?

I sadly don’t have the ability to hook up my P15 to my LAN. Router on the total other end of the house. The display at least says I’m normally sitting around 150-175W.

You’ll have to make sure it’s registered in your account and that it has the correct serial number as well.

You have to think in a Wifi bridge solution.

Let’s see the evolution of the graphs.

A nonsense from the hot countries… “T”

Silly me. Had the model number, not SN in my registration. Working fine.

I’m a tad confused with my readings. I find it hard to believe that I was drawing 3000W on 9/29 for two hours. Especially since the P15 is rated for only 1200VA continuous. At most I was using 350 watts. (Tube preamp, 40W tube power amp, Solid State DAC or Blue Ray player.

Ya, I’m sure the wattage scale is incorrect. My P20 shows loads of up to 4000W. My 20A-1P breaker would have blown. I never get near 50% capacity. I’m sure it’ll get sorted out. It’s kind of cool data. THD and voltage sure fluctuate.

I guess the wattage graphs is a little bit odd.
As @jamesh said, let’s wait for more feedback, for PS Audio can work on it.

Yup. I bet on that too.
Most certainly is just a scale issue, since in my case the variations are consistent with my P15 operation.
