Hidden folder on SD card

Hello,

I am getting myself ready to upgrade my DS-DAC today.

I have formatted an unused SD card as FAT16 on my Windows 10 laptop.

I see a hidden folder on the SD card called System Volume Information.

Will this hidden folder cause any problems when I update to Huron REDCLOUD?

Why not Redcloud?

In general you may have any other files on the card that you want - as long as the upgrade files are at the root of the drive.

Yes, well spotted, I meant Redcloud and have corrected my post.

Just complete my update to REDCLOUD and new Bridge II firmware.

All went very smoothly, no problems.

Now I am off to some uninterrupted listening before the better half gets home.
