I am getting ready to resume travel for work and fun. My older DAP and wireless earbuds both have limited battery life now. It was time to update them. Ten+ hour flights require decent music.
My Red now has delivery exception in HK. no idea what that means. hope it does not delay it

Hiby R6 III. Not the most fancy by a long shot. But it hit all my needs.

Docking the Brick?
Itâs right next to me on my desk. I use it in my car to great effect. Canât wait to use it on a plane. For walking around though, not so much. I have lighter gear for that. I have a collection of over a dozen DAPs, not counting a half dozen Apples. DAPs are where I used to spend Audio money. Thanks to you I have the brick. The desktop item came broken from the factory. I shipped it back today. Hopefully a new one arrives that works properly. Itâs fun as well.
When I am slumming I have an AK380 feeding Shure KSE1200 electrostats. But lately active noise reduction is my favorite with Anker Liberty 3 Pro headphones, my current fave. They work great with the brick in LDAP mode.
I actually listen to my portable gear more than my main system. If there was a portable BACCH system I could listen to my main system with headphones. A long term goal perhaps.

I didnât know the dock arrived damaged. Thatâs the interesting part of that setup for me. Please donât forget to post about when the replacement arrives.

Hmm⌠there might be a forum for this on Head-Fi! Though I admit to the entertainment value. Would really love it though if you adopted the following image for yourselves. Also counts for BACCH use!
