The Wolf oven in the kitchen is a deal breaker for me. They are a pain to clean.
In my area many houses have been built or reno’d with some sort of basketball court. That’s because so many athletic shoe manufacturers either have their corporate or their N American headquarters here. Nike and Adidas for example.
You will often see houses with courts in cities that have basketball teams.
What! No dedicated listening room. Unfathomable!

I’m almost certain the residents in this neighborhood have people to take care of the oven cleaning. And if it is an issue they will replace it during the annual kitchen remodel. Lol

Shopping for a new house a couple of years ago i was surprised by the number of properties with an inside pool big enough to do laps or play water polo.

YES! How about the principal-and-interest portion of the monthly payment for my 1969 mortgage? (Was $107.10 FWIW; home’s purchase price was $15,900.) Or the full-time-student fees of the college I attended in 1963-'5?

My son is a therapist. He made a difficult decision to end his 'multiple personality" group therapy session because it took forever for him to write all the name tags.
