That is Chaz (named after Chas 1cdfoley on this very forum) and Sienna who was named by someone else who named her after her colors. She was a recent widow after we lost Parker. But Chaz has come to her rescue.

Perhaps potential humor but I also have a serious question:
I’ve rebuild a couple Quad 57 electrostatic speakers in the past and I know that the tweeter panel gets charged up to around 6000 volts and the woofer panel up to 10,000 volts. (or perhaps it is the other way around) but I have seriously always wondered:
What would happen if you dog lifted a leg and peed on one?

Dead speaker? The other way around?I dunno - this just the
I think about…So… what would happen to poor Rover?
I mean it MUST have happened at least ONCE in the history or the electrostatic speaker…?
