Great news bro. Time to enjoy life a little. As soon as you are allowed - have one for me!
I’m far from out of the woods. I have maintenance chemo for several months and then we decide if we can harvest stem cells. Then more chemo. Then transplant. Then hopefully many years of remission. But it’s a temporary break from chemo where I can heal and rehab and get some strength back. I’ll take it, but I have miles to go before I celebrate.
Understood and you are, of course, correct.
But we are still going to have a mini-celebration. 
We are happy to see you alive for at least one more day. No one knows how tough your road is except you and we are collectively all adding whatever we can to add some goodness to the trip. Enjoy what you can

Just watched this remarkable documentary on Amazon prime about this two time cancer survivor who climbed the highest peaks on every continent, then hiked to the South and North Pole. He accomplished all these feats with only one lung.

Hmmm no, it’s more got to the point that goes ‘hell, I’m now starting to believe/realize that this thing cannot beat me’. No way.
Not sure if you’re at all into fútbol / soccer. But please bare with me and watch Liverpool FC for 5 minutes if you are able. 100 points out of 102 available, undefeated and there’s such conviction, such belief among themselves, such positivity epidemics that it’s not quite IF they’re winning the title, but WHEN exactly they are gonna clinch it.
There’s just nothing stopping you Mike, you’re conquering this for a fact!
