Issue with StellarGold DAC & Airlens

I just connected my Stellar DAC to my Airlens with a Wireworld Silver Sphere 48, I tried another cable, and Still the same

Im sending music files from the internal storage from Roon or Tidal Direct

  1. If I connect the Airlens via HDMI 12S (1), I only listens to noise on both channels (DIP SWITCHES in Arlens all UP)
  2. If I connect the Airlens through HDMI 12S (2), left channel sounds ok but nothing comes out from the right channel (DIP SWITCHES in Arlens all UP)
  3. If I use the Coax nut it sounds ok but has to bring down Dip Switches 3 & 4.

The display sends the green dot on the right superior corner on all cases.

Do you have another hdmi cable you could swap out? If another cable is noise free chances are there might be something wrong with the wireworld cable. If not might be worth calling ps audio.

Thanks Club_… I tried with another cable and still the same. :frowning:

I reset factory both units and still the same.

Prob time for a call to the mothership maybe they can help trouble shoot over the phone
