On 02/17/2024 I purchased the PS Audio Airlens streamer. Yesterday, while listening, the streamer stopped working, in the sense that suddenly the music stopped. I turned the modem off and on again, and then the system, but nothing happened. Airlens is recognized by Mconnect, the connection to the modem is wired and the WPS is green. On the iPad I can send music via Qobuz, I see the timer running but I don’t listen to music. What doesn’t seem to work is the transmission to the DAC. In fact, the DAC (directstream PSAudio mk1) has a red dot on the I2s input. I tried using the coaxial output, but the result doesn’t change, always the red dot and no sound. I tried to see if it was a problem with the DAC. I reused the Bridge 2 and everything works perfectly. I tried updating the firmware but nothing changes. Has anyone had this problem? What do you recommend I do? Now I sent it to a service center, but they did not give me an answer.

I had a similar problem a while back, did a factory reset (page 10 of the AirLens manual) and it solved it.
