Just in the last few days the volume control slider on the Jriver MC20 (20.0.108) interface has stopped controlling the volume on my PerfectWave MKII. I thought it was maybe the new version of JRiver but I have an older version (20.0.63) on another PC and it doesn’t work there anymore either. I’m using the Media Network connection with the PS Audio PerfectWave MKII selected as the DLNA device and I have not changed anything anywhere recently…at least not knowingly…ha ha.
OK…let me ask this. If it was a firmware issue do you think it would be with the bridge FW or the player FW? I can’t seem to remember how to re-install the FW either…meaning wipe out what’s there and start over. Anyone?
