I am looking for a used one PS3 power plant
But found out a used one: PS Audio Power Plant P1000
it said it was sent to PS for repair and changing cards
Do you have any comment on this Power plant?

My comment is purely from memory, so I stand under correction.
The P1000 is a much older design, and terribly inefficient. It will run hot, and it’s doubtful if it can be cheaply repaired when it fails. It’s also BIG and heavy.
The P3 is a much newer design, and much more efficient. Once again, my recollection is that it has limited regenerative capacity - so you’ll be looking at perhaps a DAC, Transport and/or Pre-Amp. Fortunately, I THINK (not sure) that it also has filtered, unregenerate outputs. So this model can be seen as a “one for all”, despite it’s lower regenerative capability.
My two cents; anyone please correct me if I’m wrong. My preference? The P3, no doubt.
Edited to add: I think the P3 shared the same tech with the P5 and P10 - even the later P20. Again, I could be wrong. I also think it had a relatively short life. Personally, I could never understand why it was discontinued: I’ve always seen it as the first model that you could connect even a massive system to, only regenerating some of the smaller draw items. In a country like mine, with our fragile power grid, this is important.
But all of the above is now only a distant memory, thus may be heavily flawed. Speaking only for myself, I’ve sold my P20 and bought a “measly” Transparent PowerWave X (conditioner only), after the P20 proved incapabable of driving my Aurender AP20 and Aurender NH10 Network hub.
I concur with what’s just been said. I use a Stellar P3 for low power stuff and P10s for stuff like power amps. I once tried a Premier and considered it a waste of time. The proper P3 should do a good job IMO (this older generation does sometimes degenerate and require it’s boards to be replaced but as long as it’s working correctly it’ll do a good job).
Think PSA is bringing a new line out in the near future as well… if you can wait, might be some deals available as people upgrade or trade in.

Again, speaking only for myself: I’d advised against.
The PPP is far less capable of correcting voltage swings as I recall.
If you are getting a steady voltage of 110V or 230V, then fine. I think.
Also, I doubt that they are supported any more.
A P5 or P10 in good nick is better value.
