Often a newer poster may be a little incredulous about burn-in. Besides the personal experiences of people here with a new and an old DS, I wanted to post a plot from Linear Tech about one of their voltage references. It shows that the reference needs thousands of hours to settles to near its steady state. Tho this isn’t something that would matter in the DS, it’s still a clear example of documented long “burn-in”.
