I do like the aesthetic of this speaker tri-stand (which is a $10k-ish upgrade option). The outriggers are milled 1 inch aluminium plate, and the 3 pod thingies are a patented constrained layer damping conglomeration of stainless steel, 6 mm copper plate, aluminium, and a 3M damping compound.
