I paid $4.00 for this. Now have the AM side working but not in the cabinet yet. So I’ve been thinking of using Audioengine A2’s with the Squeezebox touch in the bottom of the cabinet. Play some 40’s albums from MOG through it. Maybe I can fool someone. This cabinet was on mess. Someone took white paint and took brush strokes across the front. Two days of cleaning, oiling and rubbing got it to this.

Very cool! Nice work. I think that it would sound neat with the open baffle drivers replaced or refurbed. That cabinet probably has a real warm resonant frequency. Really retro. A little T-amp would probably do the trick for power. Parts Express probably has all that you would need.
