Mine started clicking about a month ago and it’s getting worse. Upon further observation, while it’s clicking, the PPP is NOT regenerating (Voltage and THD differences are both 0). I tried clean wave, disconnecting and reconnecting to the wall outlet, turning off and on, etc. Nothing worked.
I think it’s the relay issue. Is there a self-serviceable solution? I hate to send it back and forth to Colorado to repair.
I had the same symptoms, called customer support. It is a relay problem & has to go back to Colorado for repair.
I had same problem with my p20 …incoming power was/ is 241 … …set my output to 234 as im in Australia …problem was solved if that’s any help
I have same clicking noise issue. Once happen, THD reading OUT = IN (high number)
Took 10-15 clicks before it goes away, then THD out is back to 0.5 as normal. Not sure what cause the THD fluctuation
