I can’t comment on the HDMI but I can on the USB. I had the AQ Diamond USB and in my opinion the Wireworld Platinum Starlight 8 USB sounded better on my system.
I had the WW Platinum Starlight 8 USB for a while between my Intel NUC and Hermes DDC and then between my NUC and Holo Spring 3 KTE and I actually prefer the In-akustic Reference.
I’m holding out for an AQ Dragon USB and I’ll enjoy the WireWorld till then.
Cool! I have heard the In-akustic’s are excellent cables and they don’t cost a lot. I have their Exzellenz Ethernet cable, a little warm sounding… I should try their Reference series.
If you want to know how good an USB cable can sound, try a ChordMusic USB cable, it was night and day better than my Valhalla 2!
I’ve been using the Inakustik Reference USB in the main system at both houses for over a year and I have no desire to change. The only US dealer is Small Green Computer.
I got mine from Ebay, but it took forever to deliver probably because of the pandemic at the time. They have HDMI to ethernet cables, but I don’t see HDMI to HDMI cables on Ebay.
Sounds good. For that kind of money I could buy a Rel No. 32 reference subwoofer which would make more of a substantial difference in my setup over a USB cable.
If you can swing it, get both. After listening to the system with this cable for awhile, I find it hard to listen without it, subwoofer or no subwoofer. It brings so much more life to the presentation.
If I could swing it I would get 6 No. 25’s or No. 32’s. There hasn’t been anything more profound in my system other than the P20 then a pair of No. 25’s. Six of them must be insane. If you haven’t experienced subwoofers I’m sure you think I’m nuts because I wasn’t a believer till I got the JL Audio subs the REL’s took that up several notches. If and when I upgrade is going to be Rel.
I use their Exzellez Ethernet cables as well. One goes from my modem/router to the PS Audio DirectStream DAC and the other to my Oppo 105D. If I remember correctly one member here says the Reference Cat 7 cable is better for music but the Cat 6 Exzellenz is preferred for movies.
I’m quite pleased with their Cat 6 cable. I have two of the Chinese knock-off Nordost Odin Ethernet cables on order. Not expecting much but the comparison should prove interesting anyway.
I have tried some of those Chinese knock offs of Odin IC cables from ebay also. While initially it sounded pretty clean and detailed, It also sounded a bit crude and not as refined as other legitimate cables I had. It would be interesting to see how the fake Odin ethernet cables do.
I will report. Their power cords are in my system now and I’m “listening” to them as I type this. They don’t sound half bad, actually, they sound darn good.
We shall see about the Ethernet cables. The In-Akustik Cat 6 are also part of the present chain right now.

Yes the Excellenz Cat6 works perfect with the WWPS7 HDMi for streaming. Better than stuttering WIFI stream on Apple TV4.
