no audio after direct stream ugrade

I just upgraded to direct stream from MKii and no audio sw is up to date and bridge seems to work shows album art and progress indicator work but no audio

Tried USB but is the USB driver installer does not recognize device, checked all cables and power supply all seems fine

Also the display does not show the Gear symbol so no way to check FW version.

Any suggestions appreciated

just realized display is not the latest version so it seems updated sw did not install any suggestions

at this point I am assuming the sw will not install downloaded latest and used update process but it just goes to init screen and shows older menu screen

it looks like your upgrade did not work correctly. It sounds like you are still running PWD software on the display. Try downloading the latest DS firmware and installing it. That should fix you problem.

I can't seem to upload code to our ftp server today. I have a force load uploader for you to try, but it looks like we can't try it until monday. If you email me at dennis@psaudio.com I can try to send it to you.

Sounds like your unit is having an issue. Call Alex at PS Audio on monday.

Make sure the SD card is not write protected(unlocked). That might cause it not to load.
