Hang in there @mderivero , @jamesh will ensure you get the issue resolved. I do have to say I too have had some problems with getting an answer to my service questions before - I donāt understand the delay, but Iāve heard it is not typical of PSAudio to let 15 days go by without a response. Iād ask for a phone number and call immediately. These are some difficult times for businesses for sure.
Your emails must be going to their spam because thereās no way they are 15 days behind in email. At this point, you should give us a call. Ask for Mark and he should be able to square you away. P20s have been slightly delayed, so itās possible this is what is holding us up, but Iām doubtful by 15 days.
