On the front display the meters will not change when I touch them. It says in the manual touch the the display and it will bring it to the top.
Are you running the most recent firmware?
Have you tried completely powering down, waiting a bit, and restarting the unit?
The only thing that happens is if you touch one of the lower meters, it becomes the big upper meter. What happens when you touch one of the three lower meters?
Does the unit otherwise respond to your touch?

That’s what I’m talking about. When I touch the lower meters they don’t come to the top. I installed the latest firmware about a month ago.

What happens when you touch the top meter? Does the screen seem to react to any touches?
