Hi unfortunately trying to update the firmware on my P20, it is is not working anymore. It is stuck on initializing. I downloaded the last update I have used the 4gb SD card from ps audio the unit was off when inserted the sd card. i basically followed all the instructions

Will do but my initial impression is one of background silence. There appears to be a slightly different tonal character but in this system its not a bad thing just different.

I agree with you. A profound silence, a clean sound and very liquid and lots of detail (much appreciated revealing separation) are the pros IME.
