I just updated to 0.39 today. Does PS Audio share release notes somewhere on this site?

There is not a defined location for release notes, although this would be nice. I recall learning what the update did, but no longer remember the details.
PS Audio is happy to tell us however and hopefully one in the know will come along and reveal all. 
My firmware is version is 0.00.41. Is this the latest? Just got my P10 yesterday.
