Here’s something you don’t see every day. Power company trimming back the trees for the high tension lines. Watched this amazingly skilled pilot do this from my front porch and then popped down to take some close up shots of this really frightening rig. Can’t imagine learning to fly this contraption.

I’m sure @brodric would provide meaningful input although it appears he’s no longer with us which is a shame.

EDIT: Also noticed this helicopter has (5) short blades which seems quite unique. Would assume this helps prevent unintended interaction with the tree limbs and so on.
