If you know, you know.

What happened to Leica?
When reading their activity, it’s dominated by constantly releasing mostly insanely priced and limited special editions, often kitschy, gold plated or similar. It seems they got a pure luxury bling and collectors product. Strange.

Here’s an extreme example:

Just a guess but a clue could be the word “Thai” in the product’s name. Appealing to the Asian market?

A lot they do nowadays seems to be targeted to the Asian and Middle East market, that’s what I mean.

Gotcha. I missed what was an obvious point. Sorry.

Janet Echelman’s Bending Arc public art installation at the St. Pete Pier in St. Petersburg, Florida last night. A really trippy and psychedelic sculpture. This shows only a portion of the installation. It covers an area four hundred feet long by nearly as wide.

One of the best images of Brat III I’ve taken I think. Shot on a cold evening in December of 2017 just after sunset. Was using a Canon 7D Mark II body and a 24-105mm f/4L lens. North American P-51D Mustang The Brat III (NL51JC), Cavanaugh Flight Museum

Reminds me of the movie „Highlander“ where Connor Mac Leod meets Kurgan.

Cold frosty morning in 10-E-C

I think this is the first time I have had to plow snow this early in the year.

Is that a cat, squirrel or a cat chasing a squirrel?

That’s my cat powering my stereo system.

Yum yum!!! Cookie table at recent wedding reception.

File under pets who like music and audio signs I guess.

And our boy Rufus isn’t all that brand specific.

Only one more sign to go.

Had to include PS Audio of course.
