I took an interesting winter photo a couple of weeks ago. The roofline of my house was casting a shadow on the roof of my neighbor’s shed. Where the sun reached the roof, the snow was gone, and where the shadow was cast, the snow still survived. I thought it was pretty cool. Also taken with a cell phone.

Lunar eclipse taken around 3:00 AM!

Equipment and processing:
Nikon Z7ii with 400mm tele and 2x teleconverter.
Lightroom AI noise reduction and more tweaking.
Exposure:
ISO 6400, -0.7ev, f11, 1.0s

Very similar to the above image with 0.5s exposure. A bit sharper I think. Really surprised with such a long exposure given how fast the moon is moving.

This type of photography is kinda new to me, so I played around with my settings.
Fujifilm 100S with Nikon 500mm.
Exposures were around 1-3 seconds, wide open at F5.6, ISO 800-1600.
LR and PS post adjustments.
Noise reduction/sharpen.
