“A Walk in the Clouds”

I always enjoy seeing a maneki-neko.
Your photos are remarkably crisp.
It may be missing the sounds, smells and tastes but your photos still manage to capture so much. Thanks for letting me travel vicariously. ![]()
On what marvelous mystery planet we are living!
Thought I’d share a link to the top “people’s choices” in London’s Museum of Natural History photography show. There are some real stunners in the group.

@brett66 just curious what kind of rig you have for astrophotography. I just started last November and I’m having a blast.
Two rigs now:
Apertura 75Q 400mm Telescope with ZWO ASI2600MC-Air camera and other accessories
ZWO FF107 750mm Telescope with ZWO ASI585MC-Air…
Just about to receive my first monochrome camera and filter wheel to try LRGB and SHO imaging. What a crazy “hobby”.
Enjoy,
Kurt
Some metal prints of recent DSO Astro photos.
M31 Andromeda, Orion Nebula, Pleiades and Rosette nebula.
Very nice. I have ZWO little portable S50. We travel in our van 1/3 year and go to many dark sky areas so the little carry case sized smart scope is perfect.
Recently they added EQ mode for proper long imaging. Haven’t had too much opportunity yet but snagged about 6 hours worth trying to capture an incredibly faint supernova remnant a few weeks ago.
I got just the smallest red limb in center, right edge but estimate I’d need 20 hours additional to stack. Several good nights of clear skies, at least. The name of the remnant escapes me at the moment.
