Playlist gone after new website launches

Hi, does anyone of you can Help?
I received newsletter on 24 Apr, said that new web site was launched, I refer to the newsletter to set up password to log in to my account, but when I check, I found my Perfect Wave Transport’s registration was lost, I redo it and I check my playlist, it said that I do not have a PerfectWave Transport Memory player registered to my account. (When I register, it do not call Transport, but call PerfectWave Memory Player)
Then, how can I get back my playlist?
The thumbnail still shown correctly in my player’s screen.

Not to worry. Your playlist is still there and intact. We are having issues matching the right people up with the right equipment. Once we get you matched up properly it’ll be fine. Contact sales@psaudio.com and get your registration correct and it should be ok. Sorry for the problem.

I have a problem with uploading new album photo’s,(some doesn’t excist in your data base)Its works correctly in my playlist ,buth unfortunately not appear in my PWT display!!

Hi Paul,

Same issue here. If a new CD I play is found by Playlist, I get the track info but no art to my PWT, no matter if the cover shows up in ‘Playlist’ on my computer. If it’s a CD that’s not found by Playlist and I use Playlist to add artist/tracks plus add a cover, same deal - It shows in Playlist but not on my PWT. When I replay an edited CD the PWT says it’s looking for cover art for a minute or two, then appears to stop doing so with no error message, but no art shows up.

I let Dave P know about this, too - hope you’re able to sort it out. Thanks -
