Please don’t misunderstand my intentions. The ‘Audio lovers’ mentioned are just personal friends and people that share my hobby. We just share our personal experiences and pitfalls so that we don’t all make the same mistakes.

I have no need to start any smear campaign against PS Audio as I have nothing but the utmost respect for Paul and his company. I have been following Paul for years and really enjoy his entertaining and informative Youtube videos. I was therefore quite surprised at how non-existent the customer service presence was when the need arose for me. Surprised and disappointed, sadly.

Just so you understand my predicament. I actually sent in an email via the support channel over a month ago and hearing nothing, decided to jump into this forum hoping for some information. I was somewhat encouraged when a ‘customer service wizard’ appeared on the thread and offered a schematic for local repair- my email however, went unanswered- that was a couple of weeks ago.
Being on a different continent and time zone makes emails much more convenient than a phone call but may be that is what I should have tried.

I’ll stop my quest right here, thanks everyone for your time and input. I shall be leaving this forum shortly but I wish you all a very pleasant day.

All the best !

I just emailed you everything we have for the PD. It saddens me when we get this type of feedback because no one should have this type of experience with our very hard working team. We did sadly have a death in the family recently which caused some delays for us all.

Sorry to hear what about you’re going through @jamesh , feel better soon my friend.

Thanks friends, really appreciate it. It was not a loss in my family but a loss in the PS family. Thanks everyone!

Those were my thoughts.

Personally, I would just take it to a local audio repair shop. It will be a lot quicker and cheaper to fix.

But I hope you get the schematics. Those will be a great help.
