thx was told by James at support that they’re doing a server migration right now - after the weekend I should be good. Maybe because I registered during migration and you were good before - not sure.
Anyone elses charts showing blank between noon and 3pm GMT every day?
Nope.
Mine are still blank all the time.
It must be a setup issue of some sort.
Hmm, now that I have just looked, my performance log does have blanks of several hours, though not at consistently the same time. Things are otherwise working. Definitely not a major issue for me, but FWIW, I do find the powerplay interface to be in some need of a re-write (and they could fix the link from the “control” link when one signs in - not a big deal at all but there is no reason why this shouldn’t now point directly to the new powerplay link.)
I find the ability control my two units via the web to be extremely useful - I am maybe a little unusual in that I am away from home much of the year but the wife is there, so being able to log in to check things, reboot zones, etc. is huge. I wouldn’t mind an iPhone app but am surviving just fine doing it via browser.
I do have one firmware request, which I passed along to one of the PSA service people a few weeks ago: Sadly, the AC power in my area has been a real mess lately, and we have been getting regular though very brief outages. When the P-units reboot, they turn on any zones that have been turned off; if this setting can be made sticky so that they would come up with the same zones on and the same zones off that would be great.
I think we waited almost 5 years for that. It’s much better now than it used to be.
Brodric i do agree, but I still think it needs a bit of work. I will pass on some specific suggestions to the team.
It is odd that some are experiencing performance log blanks while, at least for me, everything is fine.
