Hi, since November 2025 they have had my powerplant under legal assistance and it is already the third time they have repaired it and it is breaking again now and since November I have not had my device at home and when I ask for information at the assistance center they tell me that they do not know anything and that the replacement has not arrived. I am still writing on the forum because I had already written a long time ago and no one has asked the problem of helping me resolve it and then I received responses from the official audio PS that my system is not compatible and we are talking about a top-level system from 2021 but no one has ever specified it. I am really frustrated about this thing. I think I will contact my lawyer to sort out the matter. Best regards
